Your first impression of the hotel Is the front desk and the girls working there are not friendly or welcoming. The restaurant staff was great! Although it’s hard to want to eat when you are looking at a bloody bandage on someone’s head.

Checkout process its awful
Checkout tool forever… unprepared staff and its the only hotel that change you $1cent for realease your CC. Very few hotels still have this practice and they shouldnt be allow to do it. Its a headache to submit company credit card expenses because of this
