The best part of this hotel is the architectural features which the owner has kept and respected the history of the building, which used to be a train station. Everything from the rooms to the restaurant downstairs are absolutely beautiful. I wish I could live here!
We checked in on a weekday night, and had no communication problems with the owner despite the fact that my husband and I do not speak German.
Our room was very comfortable, we had a bedroom, a living room with a pullout couch which was very comfortable, and a small kitchen complete with a refrigerator and stove top . The bathroom had a huge soaking tub which was wonderful.
I cannot comment on the restaurant because it was not open on the day that we were there. However, the simple breakfast in the morning was great!
5 stars, from check in to checkout!
