I was worried when I saw some of the other reviews. But decided to go ahead and give it a shot. The room was updated some with a new sink and tub tile. The flooring was also vinyl. The linen was a bit worn, but appeared clean. The bed was reasonably comfortable. I was surprised by the condition of the bathroom wall behind the door when I shut it. There were multiple patches in the wall that had been poorly done. There was paint splash up on the door and a meager attempt at cleaning it off. Nothing here that is going to keep you from having a decent stay. Their are some water spots or something in the ceiling and unpatched nail holes. It's small things that make it less than it could be. Our AC worked fine and it wasn't smelly or loud. Tub reasonably clean but poor water pressure.
So, fine for a night. Reasonably clean and the beds were fine.
Only coffee in the morning but they had flavored creamer so that makes it a bit better. Take one of the cups out of your room. The ones in the coffee area are tiny like juice cups.You could just make coffee in your room but there is never enough sugar or creamer for 2 people.
I would probably stay again, it was much better than the Super 8 around the corner that we stayed at 2 days earlier.
