(Bottom unit permanently tenanted) Could accommodate a 5th person on a rollaway bed.
Newly installed new high pressure water cylinder so great water pressure for showering.
Open-plan living, all the basics you need for a relaxed stay, BBQ, large north facing deck and fully fenced court yard with plenty of room to relax.
Papamoa Beach is just across the road, which is patrolled during the summer, spend your days in the sun and surf, and strolling along the white sandy beach.
Two minute stroll to the local shops and cafes for your daily coffee or glass or two.
Papamoa Plaza 6km away, Bayfair Shopping Centre 13km away, main Mount Maunganui 19km away. Drive or take the bus as the Bus stop is literally at your door step
Bedroom 1 is fitted with a queen bed, bedroom 2 is fitted with 1 king single and 1 single bed. New carpet and drapes fitted throughout November 2021.
Bathroom has a separate shower and bath and a separate toilet. Off street parking available on own driveway.

Great location
Stayed here a few times and just a two minute walk to beach . It’s a oldish place but has all you need and a great view from the deck. People rent downstairs but they’re quiet and you have your own entrance . Place has new carpet and good tv with all the apps and heat pump. Will return again when I’m down this way.

Weekend stay
Needed a place to stay for the weekend in tauranga to watch my daughter play at the condour 7s and this place was available. Just perfect for us very clean and tidy real close to the beach away from the busy area in mt maunganui and only 20mins drive to the fields the games were held. Would definitely stay here again when we are back in tauranga.
