Our holiday homes are perfect for large family and group holidays, each house has a large living/dinning/kitchen area that opens up onto a large screened BBQ deck.
4 bedroom houses will allow you to accommodate up to 10 people in comfort with flexible bedding configurations to suit your needs.
Fringed by native bushland, unspoilt beaches and pristine waterways Beach Road Holiday Homes will allow you to get back to nature without sacrificing the comforts of home.
Only a short vehicle ferry ride over the Noosa River on the Noosa North Shore.

Leisure Centre
For the exclusive use of guests, we have a leisure centre, surrounded by hectares of native bushland, complete with tennis court, heated pools and spa, poolside BBQ's, a Lounge area with fridges for your drinks and food, a games room with pool table and X Box gaming console and a children's play room equipped with toys, games, books and puzzles.

*Please note that given the nature of our venue we do not accept bookings from schoolies groups, bucks nights and/or party groups as we do not have the infrastructure, policies and procedures in place to cater for such group. Thank you for your understanding.

Great location
Great location and awesome property. We had 2 families staying together. Lots of room and plenty of activities for everyone.

20 Beach Road
The property we stayed in was not the property depicted in the property photos. A bit disappointing. Make sure you bring all condiments (none provided), toilet paper, dish washing and laundry soaps if your stay is longer than 2 days as they only stock these essentials as a starter. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great for Families
Perfect for family stays. The house accommodated everyone comfortably and has a great communal area both indoors and outdoors. The leisure centre and pool area is superb and would highly recommend Noosa North Shore for your next family getaway.
