Clean apartment close to town
A nice little apartment with outdoor space and easy parking. The apartment had everything we needed. Pascale was really friendly and had a much-needed treat available for us when we arrived. The walk into town is short, there's a grocery store across the street and a public pool nearby. Our only issue was that the wifi didn't connect at all while we were there, which was frustrating because St. Remy (strangely) doesn't have many wifi-friendly cafés. Other than that we had a lovely stay!

Maison Saint Rémy de Provence: passable
À notre arrivée à Saint Rémy de Provence, à la maison de location, la propriétaire nous a accueilli agréablement et nous a offert une assiette de tapenade. Le positif de cette maison: - la proximité du centre ville, ce qui nous a permis de nous y rendre facilement à pieds. Les points négatifs qui n’étaient pas dit dans l’annonce : - Le bruit de la route qui est insupportable, route très fréquentée toute la journée. Il est difficile de se reposer dehors ou de manger. - L’accès à la cour de la maison où il n’y a pas de bateau de trottoir pour rentrer la voiture à l’intérieur. - Les chaises sont recouvertes de planche de bois pas confortables. - La taille du lit en 140 cm trop petit. - L’état de la literie et des oreillers est désastreux des taches d’urines sur le matelas comme sur les oreillers. A l’état des lieux je signale à la propriétaire l’état de la literie; elle me répond qu’elle ne l’a pas vu. Pourtant il y avait une alaise mise sur le matelas à notre arrivée 🥴 j’ai des photos si besoin et pour le bruit pas de problème pour elle nous sommes en ville☹️😠 Nous avons pourtant payer le montant demandé pour avoir un minimum d’hygiène il me semble. Nous sommes très déçus de la maison. 😠

Appartement 2 pièces spacieux,confortable,bien équipé pour la cuisine.Le séjour est décoré de jolis tableaux. Très bien situé à 5 minutes du centre deSt Rémy de Provence.Le stationnement est payant7/7jours et cher. Cependant,un petit bémol,mineur dû à la proximité d'un ralentisseur routier générant parfois un peu de bruit. Je recommande vivement cette propriété;;nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

HABITATION CORRECT MAIS SITUATION TRES BRUYANTE
LE POSITIF : Le logement est bien équipé (malgré quelques équipements qui ont vu des jours meilleurs) , et propre. Il est très bien situé pour visiter la région et on peut aller à pied au centre historique de St Remy. On peut garer sa voiture dans la propriété. Un Intermarché est situé en face. LE NEGATIF : ce logement est situé au bord d'une route (axe principale), donc très bruyante et très passante (camion de 30 tonnes passent régulièrement), un ralentisseur est situé a 10m ce qui intensifie le bruit. Il est impossible de dormir la fenêtre ouverte, car la circulation ne cesse jamais. Pas de climatisation. A disposition deux ventilateurs (qui font du bruit et bas de gamme) La wifi ne marche pas, une seule barre de connexion. La télévision a des ruptures de faisceaux toute les 40 secondes, donc difficile de regarder un film. CONCLUSION : bien en hors saison, pour visiter la région, a oublier en saison pour se reposer. Impossible de profiter de l'extérieur (bruit et pollution). L'installation d'une climatisation me semble nécessaire pour louer en saison. Il serait plus honnête de mettre dans l'annonce la nuisance de la route afin d'éviter de gâcher les vacances des futurs locataires. Nous sommes restés 3 jours au lieu de 7 jours prévus, donc vacances gâchées...

c'est vrai que c'était près du centre-ville, et que le logement était correct, spacieux, avec une cuisine bien équipée,mais: le trafic dense à cet endroit, très bruyant à cause d'un casse-vitesse, une entrée pas facile en voiture, une climatisation inefficace par ces chaleurs...je ne conseillerai pas à des amis.
