Not sure we would stay here again,
This is an older hotel that has been somewhat updated, location is great because it's not in the really busy tourist area but it was only average. The dresser drawer was a little off, bathroom had some mold and mildew, walls are thin. All exterior corridor, we had a room close to the beach, pool and beach bar. The music from bar blared until past 1:00 AM and not sure there were even 10 people since it was raining. No balconies or covered areas outside so when it's raining there isn't anywhere to go, but inside, which was full of kids. Screaming, running kids. Service at the bar outside was not good, slow and not overly friendly. Nachos were eh. With so many hotels in the area not sure we would stay here again.

Beautiful property the grounds were well maintained nice landscaping and friendly staff that was very helpful. The room however had a couple booklights on the beds that didn’t work as well as end table lamp. And the bathroom sliding door had a broken lock to hold it shut. Honestly didn’t bother me at all, but that is the case for the room me and my daughter stayed in. But I love the location all the amenities and would most likely return. I had a pretty great time there .

When we arrived our rokm was not ready after 4. Which check in says 4 on the website. Our room was pretty dirty. Like a hurry quick wipe down and go. Hairs in shower n window around shower unit. Coffee that was clearly split near the coffee maker on floor by that point i didnt complain, just cleaned it myself

This place is no good
This place sucks. I want a refund. It is unwelcoming and we were hassled and treated rudely by the staff. I love this area and have been to that areas many times. This is the only bad experience I have had and the only bad review I have given on this site.

Our room is very outdated unattractive and mismatched. Our refrigerator was not cold, the bathtub has a hole worn into it and was some mold. The comforter had a huge rip in it. There’s not much food or drinks available on site except alcohol and bar food. Very loud in the lobby and courtyard. Our room was to be ready by 4:00 and we didn’t get in until 5:00. On the upside, the pool lady was very nice, the bed was very comfortable and the view was amazing.
