Great beach outlook and perfect room

Pros: The Room and the location and the fridge.
Cons: A lift would be good, but it is rare in these type of accommodation. even just a bag lift would be useful.
Location: Great view right on the beach with plenty of walking along the promenade. lovely local pub nearby and very good Indian and Italian restaurants.
Loved staying here. We had a great room at the front... Right on the beach overlooking a lovely square and the beachfront. The room was the most comfortable in size and outlook of all our 1 month travelling. Up the quieter end of Hastings beach which suited us. A lovely walk along the promenade to the busier spots. Lovely breakfast room. I would highly recommend it as long as you can handle stairs and bags... although the staff did help us up the stairs. Parking was easy after 4pm and before 10am. And it had a fridge!
