This 1 bedroom apartment was fully renovated in Fall 2021. Perfect for a weekend getaway or longer stay as it is fully equipped with everything you will need. It is conveniently located in the heart of downtown. The harbour front, cafes, restaurants, shops, parks, bars and are all within a 5 minute walk away.

Jordan's flat is terrifically located. Easy to get anywhere in and around St. John's. House was very clean and well appointed. We didn't cook there, but everything needed is available. Jordan responded promptly with any questions or issues.

I was amazed at the property! Large, full kitchen and dishwasher! Everything was clean and comfortable! Great location, walking distance to all of downtown, and a great bakery on the corner. If I come back, I could see settling in for a week. Definitely 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟
