Great choice for a relaxed holiday
Impeccably clean property in a convenient location walking distance to beach, shops, and restaurants, surrounded by well-kept grounds. Kind, helpful, and friendly staff. Although a climb to Hilltop rooms (the hotel has other accommodation types on lower ground), I had fantastic views over the sea and green hills.

The housekeeping department always did a very very good job and keeping the room very tidy. They were also very friendly. The front office staff were extremely nice and very very pleasant to all of the customers. They were very caring for their customers and willing to do anything to help. The rooms were more than adequate. The price of the rooms was also very reasonable. There was a daily breakfast and lunch buffet for the customers. The hotel is very close to shopping and the beach. The hotel is very quiet and peaceful if you are looking for a nice and relaxing holiday. I highly recommend it.

Siesta Hotel.
The housekeepers made sure that the room was always very clean. They were also very friendly and very easy to talk to. The front office staff were very helpful and caring at all times. The pool was extremely nice not too crowded. This hotel is close to the beach and to the grand anse shopping mall. I could not ask for anything better.

I really wanted to give this place a perfect score but I can’t. the good: THE STAFF is phenomenal. they were all so helpful and welcoming even with the many issues I had. the water is also hot which is a plus. the location is good a quick stroll to the mall and beach. the bad: like most others have noted the treck to the hilltop rooms is brutal and i’m a runner. this hill humbled me. I read they are looking into golf carts which would change the game. also the plumbing is questionable. I had toilet issues twice and got moved to another room where the toilet did the same thing. also, the restaurant was a breakfast buffet everyday I was here. the staff told me I could ask for something off the menu but the chef refused. it doesn’t make sense for *me* to pay $25USD for a buffet I won’t eat much of when all I want is $8 crepes. not sure what the point of the buffet is except to make guest pay more than what they would normally. not sure this works since instead of eating at the hotel everyday I went and spent my money elsewhere. the staff is worth a return tho.

The view from the patio was incredible & both the restaurant staff & the office staff were a bunch of caring and welcoming persons! Also they lining up to wave goodbye bye was awesome! However if you have leg problems you should request ground level accommodation!
