My Happy Place Somerset Dam

Located in Somerset Village and backing on to bushland, this home is the perfect place to relax after a long day on the water with ample and safe parking for your boat. Come home and sit on the large deck, cook on the BBQ while watching the Big Screen Projector and have a quiet game of Pool. There is plenty of space for all the family. The adults can enjoy the air conditioned lounge room with TV and DVD Player while the kids can retreat to their own space to watch a movie or play games on the TV in the Bunk Room. (Board Games, PS3 & Wii included)

1 x King Bed Room with Ensuite
2 x Queen Bed Rooms
4 x Single Beds in The Bunk Room

Linen, Doonas, Pillows and Towels are provided
Body Wash and Shampoo & Conditioner in both bathrooms

Kitchen is fully equipped with Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher as well as Sandwich Press, Rice Cooker, Slow Cooker, Electric Wok, Blender and Toaster.

Basic Pantry items are also included for your convenience.

Perfect place for big group, well equipped.
Has everything you could need for a group, entertainment wise and cooking wise. Nice backyard area and balcony. Would recommend. Close to the Dam and the Dam is beautiful and fresh, great for water sports.

Great accommodation
I stayed at My Happy Place for a weekend with friends and it was a lovely clean place. It was great for group entertainment and had plenty of kitchen equipment. One downside was the cleaning requirements on checkout including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping if necessary, and wiping down vanity/mirrors/bathrooms. These tasks were on top of the cleaning fee charged and this was not obvious to us on booking.

The best!
This property is well thought out, has absolutely everything you need, is immaculately clean and very well presented. The area is so peaceful with super easy access to the Dam if needed. I would 100% recommend.

Lovely home.
Well thought out layout. Nicely appointed. Everything covered. Be aware that after paying a cleaning fee you are still expected to vaccume, mop, and wipe down bathrooms before you leave.
