Over sold under delivered.
The unit is on the second floor with no elevator. Expect to haul your luggage up stairs to the unit from the street. Then up two flights of stairs into the unit.
We arrived late due to flight delays beyond our control. We were asked to pay the taxi fares of the cleaning lady who let us in. To me this is a cost to be absorbed by the landlady.
The unit is tired and needs a face lift, it is not as crisp as the photos show. Simple things such as toilet paper were not supplied other than what was in the bathroom. To me this is also a cost of renting out a unit.
We were given directions from Barcelona airport. They were almost accurate but it took the taxi driver a while to get them figured out due to missing words from the actual street. Adding a simple google maps link would correct this problem.
If you came for a view this unit has it but that is pretty much all it has to offer.
