Very conveniently located a short walk from Orchard Road and Orchard MRT station. Convenient apartment setup for family of 4, plenty of room and all necessary amenities available, including washing machine/dryer. Breakfast offerings were a bit basic.

Amazing location in Orchard, close to shops and MRT. Plenty of food options around the area. Staff amazingly friendly and accommodating.

Staff at Orchard Parksuites were friendly - front desk, security and housekeeping all lovely. Location was fabulous and facilities were good (pool, sauna, gym, continental breakfast). We didn't use the business centre or the tennis court. We had a 3 bedroom apartment which was enormous - high ceilings, large rooms, great storage.

Wonderful hotel close to everything in Singapore

Pros: Friendly staff, very clean, convenient location, great pool.
Location: Walking distance to everything Orchard Road offers. A quick cab or MRT ride to everything else in Singapore.
We had a fantastic stay at Orchard Parksuites. Everyone we encountered was friendly and polite, we felt very welcome and really loved our time there. The pool is beautiful, we swam every day and our kids thoroughly enjoyed it. We had a 2 bedroom suite which was perfect for us and our 3 children (including a baby). It was much more spacious than a comparable hotel in Australia, it was more like an apartment than a hotel room. As other reviews mention, some parts of the property are a little dated however everything was spotless and housekeeping attended our room every day. The location is great, close to everything. We were able to walk around Orchard each day and quickly get a cab at reception when needed. We'll definitely be back, thank you!

Pros: free all day coffee a great treat ,pool great for family, location and the helpfull staff value for money here
good breakfast , near main shopping in orchard rd we had 2 bed apartment great for families

Great location, perfect for families.

Pros: Location, pool
Cons: Nothing really - suited our need perfectly
Location: Orchard Road across the road - shopping, dining. MRT station across the road - a good location to access all of Singapore.
We stayed there with our two children in a two bedroom apartment. Before booking I noted other reviews mentioned the hotel styling was a bit dated - agree, but it is very clean and well maintained. Staff were excellent and very friendly. The hotel is an excellent base for exploring Singapore. Close to a MRT station (100m) so you can get anywhere you need to go easily. Close the Orchard Road shopping, plenty of dining choices in the shopping malls near by. The pool has a large pool which was refreshing after hot days out exploring or just relaxing. I would stay there again without hesitation and recommend to anyone.

Spacious living area and good breakfast

Pros: Great staff, comfortable beds, good location, buffet breakfast
Cons: Rooms could be updated, furniture & bathrooms.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, convenient locati

Pros: Staff, cleanliness, location, free wifi, breakfast.
Location: Location is one street behind busy Orchard Rd and directly opposite the taxi and train which is the best way to get around Singapore.
We recently stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, which was excellent. The facilities were luxurious, clean and comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was great, just one street behind busy Orchard Rd and directly opposite the taxi rank and MRT (train) which is the easiest, cheapest and quickest way to get around in Singapore.
