Good position close to China Town.

Staff were very helpful as they were put in an awkward position by Wotif selling us a room configuration which didn't actually exist! Room was comfortable and clean but quite noisy. No bar/restaurant/cafe on site.

Lovely hotel in Chinatown

Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms had everything we needed.
Location: The location was perfect for exploring Chinatown & then catching the fast & frequent underground trains to other parts of the city.
The hotel was as expected, the service was way beyond expectation - nothing was too much trouble for the lovely staff. It is very handy to Chinatown & walking distance to the Chinatown train station, market stalls, street food & temples.

Cosy hotel in shop houses in heart of China Town

Pros: Very comfy bed, great shower, heritage style building, welcoming staff
Cons: Bath towels could be a bit more luxurious
Location: Great food options and bar options on the doorstep, as well as all the sights and sounds of Chinatown
Small but well designed room, comfy bed, and great shower. Friendly staff and central location in a very cool street

Good value

Location: Right in the heart of Chinatown which was good for cheap eats. Two train stations close by with excellent links to the rest of the city.
Our room was clean and comfortable although very small but we found Singapore hotels quite expensive overall, we paid $200 a night not including breakfast. Staff were great.

Below average

Rooms with no windows, tiny bathrooms. Good location and fun bar across road.

Loved it!

Pros: Loved the staff, decor and rooms. Good atmosphere also.
Location: Chinatown
Great place, beautiful staff. Easy to walk to all areas of Chinatown and the Waterfront. Only about 30 taxi from airport or easy to get public transport also. Great fund!

Lovely hotel

We had a Heritage Porch room, 2 adults and one 3 year old. Very comfortable, room size with porta-cot was not a problem as we were out exploring most of the day. The fantastic reception staff helped with all our needs, nothing was too much. Hopefully we'll be back again!

Great location, very friendly staff

Love the location. A great part of Singapore to explore and hang out. My room was small and windowless but for one night it was fine. The staff were very helpful and considerate.

Pros: The delightful service and ambience of this boutique hotel.
Cons: I had to leave for Australia a few days earlier than expected :(
I intend to stay at the NAUMI LIORA on my next Singapore holiday which will be during July 2013 and I will book through WOTIF as usual.
