First impressions are important and I was very impressed with what I saw. The hotel is an older building but with all Fraser's properties its their attention to detail that was most evident. From check-in to check-out I could not fault anything. All the staff were friendly and helpful and genuinely enjoyed having you as a guest. My room was apartment style which was perfect for my stay and was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. If I had to find any fault and its just me being picky, it would be the very small bathroom with the layout not very conducive for easy access. Overall I had an amazing stay albeit too short and will definitely stay again. Thank you everyone involved for making this a very memorable experience.

Very central location. Have stayed on three separate occassions with family in the two bedroom/bathroom apartments, excellent set up with a complimentary buffet breakfast available. Taxi stand right outside building for ease on exploring beautiful Singapore.

Lovely room near plenty of places to eat, my only issue was the overpowering perfume smell in the lobby and lifts. Centrally located and wonderful breakfast included, with the free shuttle or Orchard Road would defiantly stay here again. Staff were friendly, amenities were great and the use of a washer/dryer was a great bonus. Thank you we will be back!

close to everything, great service, lovely pool

Pros: Wonderful facilities, staff & the room was great. So close to MRT and buses to the major attractions.
Cons: I would have loved to stay longer!
Location: Stroll along beside the water to Clarke Quay or stay close by as there are heaps of food options. One stop from Chinatown on the MRT.
It’s very close to Fort Canning MRT station & bus stops to major attractions are just round the corner. Staff were incredibly helpful when we had issues with tour tickets we’d bought from home. Very clean, great pool. Full breakfast each day, with something different each day. Heaps of restaurant options downstairs, or a short walk gets you to Clarke Quay. Very well located with grocery store across the road and a 7 Eleven for essentials. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Apartment

Pros: Free courtesy bus and close to restaurants and bars.
Location: Free courtesy bus, just a short stroll to shopping centre and restaurants.
Great apartment with friendly staff made to stay enjoyable. Close to restaurants bars and shopping with free courtesy bus to take you shopping what more could you ask enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Facilities, breakfast, house keeping services, checkin services, shuttle bus.
Cons: It all suited us. If we were being picky , some blackout curtains would be good but it wasn't a problem for us.
Location: Great location
Suited our needs. Although not close to an mrt we took advantage of the hourly bus services which got us to most places we wanted to visit. One night we were able to walk along the river to the Fullerton Hotel to watch the light show, about a 20 min walk. All of the staff were helpful. We had a great stay.
