Lovely hotel based in Santa Cruz. Loads of sites to see that are 10 minutes or less from hotel. Lovely staff. Rooms very clean with a nice size bathroom. Good selection of toiletries. Bathrobes and slippers provided. Nice choices at breakfast

Brilliant location in the jewish quarters. Only a short walk through the narrow streets to the cathedral. There's an excellent tapas bar just opposite. We loved relaxing on the sunbeds around the rooftop pool in February. Gym had excellent equipment. Reception staff were so friendly. Only downside is sound proofproofing is poor.

The staff were warm, accommodating, and friendly. I felt confident that anything I needed could be accommodated. Each morning, the breakfast options were a convenient and delicious option. The gym options were fairly limited, but that just means you have to get creative. The gym itself was clean and quiet. I would stay here again without hesitation.

The hotel was in a great location, just minutes from the cathedral and Alcázar. The staff members were very courteous and attentive. Clean and spacious room.

Spotlessly clean and lovely staff. Not so pleased though having to move rooms after one night as the room was like an oven. On Expedia’s website you advertise the room as having air con but it didn’t. We were then moved to a room with a double bed even though we needed a twin and it was next to a building site. Being woken up early with an excavator engine blaring was pretty awful.
