The hotel is OK. Really convenient if you’re going to the Climate Pledge Arena. Walkable distance from almost everything. Complimentary breakfast to go offered and free coffee all day.

Unfortunately we had no hot water for a shower so after 24hours without hot water that was able be fixed by hotel maintenance, the front desk staff offered a full refund. The staff were all very helpful and nice and apologetic but the plumbing issue could not be fixed and there were no other rooms available. I have to say despite this big problem the staff were all lovely.

Staff were friendly, room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower had no hot water and drained slowly upon arriving but for some reason worked just fine the following morning…some sort of plumbing mystery no doubt.
