This thoughtfully presented and comfortable home, is nestled in amongst beautiful landscaped gardens. Open the door and be surprised at the detail invested in providing you with a level of comfort you’ll love.
The home has been renovated and decorated to provide a very unique holiday experience. Enjoy comfy beds, block out curtains, reverse cycle air conditioning throughout, plus an electric fireplace for those chilly winter nights. Relax and enjoy your own private oasis. Described as being situated in the "Paris End” of town, you can expect complete quiet away from the Calder Highway and main street of Sea Lake.

Inside the property expect something completely different. Couches upholstered in quirky Brocade fabric, with comfy cushions and throw rugs, comfort you can fall asleep in. A safe electric “look a like” fireplace to warm by, with antique chandeliers in the lounge and dining room, as well as art, furniture and other special pieces that challenge your senses.
Relax in reverse cycle air conditioned comfort throughout the house. Watch a movie on Netflix, listen to your own music on the Sony sound bar. Enjoy breakfast and a glass of champagne on the front patio via the French doors in complete privacy.

Outside you will be amazed at the beautiful private oasis created by high hedges. Beautiful flowering Camellia Sasanqua, and the fragrance of Gardenias. Soak up the morning sun in the front garden while enjoying a cup of coffee or tea sitting on the 'Park Bench'. Enjoy the sound of the water feature running in the background.

The rear garden has a large paved area with a timber table to sit eight people and a stand alone umbrella to provide shade from the afternoon sun. Enjoy a private lunch with friends surrounded by beautiful French lavender, in a developing garden including roses, murraya, star jasmine olive and pear tree's.

Excellent Sea Lake holiday
Lovely, well-maintained home with leafy noth facing garden and spick and span inside. A great place to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet, as well as a good base to explore the lake and Sea Lake town and pub. Definitely recommended and Andrew is an excellent and considerate host! 5 stars all around!

Good location, will presented and very comfortable house and gardens
Our stay in this house was very easy and pleasant. The house is well presented, clean with very comfortable beds and bedding and with all the services we needed. The gardens are delightfully calm and tranquil and provide privacy and plenty of shade and space. This was a great base from which to explore the town of Sea Lake, Lake Tyrrell and the broader local area. Very happy with this house.
