Security in the parking lot such is a plus. There were badly damaged and broken down cars in the lot. I felt uneasy. The second floor might be residence.

The people on floor above my room was make noise all night until 3 am , that made me and my wife couldn’t slept at all .

Not once was my room cleaned. I would put my maid service sign on the door and when I returned they had put do not disturb. It bothered me. I called the front desk and they told me they no longer had cleaning service at that time. It was about 5pm. Was not able to have my morning coffee, it was horrible. Taste was nasty. They did not have any warms blankets and nights were freezing cold. Very bad service overall. Will never stay there again and definitely not recommend the place.

I checked in to the dirty room with mold smell and live cockroaches . No hot water to take shower just warm water no hot. Human hair in the ice bucket and dirty outlets. No room make up ! Left at 10 am and came back to dirty room! Do not stay here this place is roach infested! This is not 2 star place this place needs to be shat down and closed
