Room was too cold
Room was too cold even though I turned heater on, and found some hairs on the floor and on the bed. Cleaners can do better job! But overall comfortable and happy to come back.

Really nice hotel, room was immaculate really loved the lay out. Rooftop pool was fantastic and well looked after. It wasn’t a problem for us but it may be a wee bit far out from old town area for some but the quality of the hotel was worth the extra walk, we would definitely return to hotel when we return to San Sebastián. Thanks for a great stay.

The standard room we stayed in is incredibly small and oddly shaped. We had to move most of the furniture around in order to be able to fit our open suitcases. The room does not have many storage options like cabinets, shelves or hooks which made it hard to operate within. We were there for 3 nights so made it work however any longer and it would have been a real bother. Besides the room however, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and provided some great tapas and restaurant recommendations. The breakfast spread was really amazing as well! Rooftop pool area was also great, however could do  with some additional umbrellas for shade. Location wise, it was a 15 min walk to the old town which was a pleasant walk by the main promenade.

Great hotel with amazing and attentive service, especially from Helena on reception. Nice rooftop pool and bookable spa facilities (steam, sauna and jacuzzi). 10-15 minutes walk to the beach and 20-25 minutes to the old town/Pintxos mile.
