There were broken tiles in the bathroom, the sliding glass door was broken (wouldn’t open properly), and the refrigerator was noisy. There were several people slamming doors in the hallway throughout the early morning (7:00-8:00 am). The room was large, clean and the bedding was fairly comfortable but couldn’t get a good night’s sleep due to the noisy refrigerator and freeway noise. Also there was an unexpected $10.00 parking fee.

They definitely need to update the rooms, at check in the older lady seemed bothered that i asked for extra soap and amenities for my family of 5. I will not be staying here again, Holiday Inns are uasually nice, clean and updated this one not so much.
