It’s was ok the bar closed too early but staff was very nice. Ettoro at front desk was very helpful with advise on what to do and Paola at breakfast she was very sweet and very attentive to us

Staff were nice, but the room (and hallway) were damp and smelled STRONGLY of mildew. If we had been there for more than one night, we would have had to leave. The breakfast was also terrible and expensive. Overall, this hotel was awful. (And not cheap!)

Room wasn’t ready upon arrival, and there were extra charges which I did not expect like parking.

The Restaurants in site were great, service wise…. Food was average. The front desk staff never completed requests like delivering extra towels… no clue what the VIP experience was supposed to be. They gave me 2 free drinks but the voucher could only be used on a beer. There is definitely no ocean view and you have to cross the street and walk down an alley full of broken glass to get to the beach. I won’t be back.
