It was frightening because the guy who was in the room close to me was screaming that whoever slammed a door closed he was going to fight them at 2 am this went on for over three hours.

When we arrived at this hotel , the person attending the front desk , tried to give us a different room than the one we had reserved, we reserved a suite and this person was trying to make us sleep in a regular room, after apologizing then he finally gave us the correct room, bad impression to start, room smell like it was closed for days , I woke up twice 11 pm and 2 am the people in the room above us could be heard walking and running and a car alarm stated ringing, we used the suite to spend the night only , the suite was clean and the were comfortable, they have many things to improve for a 3 star hotel

We arrived late at night and it felt like a sketchy area. The facility was very clean, and staff was kind but language was an issue. They had advertised airport transport and had a van with a sign on it for airport transport, but they did not provide pick up or delivery. Cab fare was over $30 for a very short ride. The meter showed $14.98, but we were still charged $30 for the ride.

Hotel is old and you could see the age on the walls. However the room had been freshly painted and was clean. Biggest issue was the heater & air conditioner. It ran constantly and I had to turn it up quite a lot
