Very nice property. The hotel does look just like the pictures. We did find a cockroach in the room. It would've been nice if there were dedicated smoking areas. The hotel is a smokeless property, which still does not stop some guest.

I was honestly disappointed with my stay. I got in late from a late flight and the lady at the front desk was not welcoming and it felt like I was a bother that I was checking in after midnight. Our original room was sold out so we were placed in an accessible room where we couldn’t even get the balcony door to open because the lock was broken off. The bathroom had hair in the shower and the shower was not safe to bathe a toddler. The water from the shower pours out too much to the outside that by the time you came out from showering, the mat was completely soaked. I am honestly disappointed with our stay and how much we paid for a stay we were not happy about.

Another great stay
Have stayed here numerous times and never disappoints. Cindy who checked me in was awesome and friendly and we booked a junior suite for a great price for the evening. The Jacuzzi...heated pool...two drink vouchers when I checked in just all around great stay as always. We are locals and this our staycation spot in San Diego.

The property is located in a quaint wonderful area of San Diego. It is within a very short distance of many local eateries and nightlife by bike, foot or car. The weather was perfect and the ambience is excellent for any occasion!
