The front seat staff wasn't friendly, they seemed bored. The bed felt old. Choosing a luxury bathroom, you'd expect at least 2-ply toilet paper. Great looking design of front parking lot, but dysfunctional because you couldn't see the lines, so parking was terrible. Great location if your trip was centered around Old Town.

Everything was great except paying 25 extra just to park my vehicle on their property after paying all fees just to stay at that property. Next the room was great except for the bed being very uncomfortable. My wife and I heard random noises from people walking by our room throughout the night. The parking situation after hours was horrible. They need larger & more parking spots when you pay $25 per day to park. Overall my wife & I will never stay again

Was a quick check in process. Everything was accessible (parking, check in, elevator use, etc). The room was beautiful, wide open, and very clean. We felt comfortable and at home in our room. Thank you again!! I always go HILTON when traveling. They never fail to succeed my expectations of being comfortable for a reasonable price.

Upon arrival we were placed in a room that was not clean; dirty towel on the bathroom floor and bed not made. When I was unable to get anyone on the phone, I went down to the desk and they changed our room, but gave us a smaller room. The staff was present enough and the location and rooms were good, just one bad experience.
