Unfortunately, the guest next door was part of a family group that checked in the next day we did at the hotel. And from 5:45 am on/off running and banging on doors along the 3rd floor where our room was located. Tried to ask them several times to please stop! And it would stop for about 15 minutes and start right back up!!. Finally, since was not able to go back to sleep, got up and reported the incident to the floor desk. Upon, checking out, I was able to speak with the General Manager Joanna Capps, who apologized for the inconvenience and gave me a small discount. Frankly, I appreciate the excellent customer service from her entire staff during my second stay at this location. I have her card and I will be back for my next stay when I return to the area.!!
