The location is wonderful, however the rooms are extremely tiny, no fan in the bathroom, and one of the elevators weren’t working.

Good hotel in the heart of it all
Room was excellent. Small, but clean with a good mattress on the bed. If your room faces 5th, it will be very loud on weekends. Hotel provides a white noise machine, but you may need ear plugs on top of that. Right in the heart of the gaslamp district. Walkable to restaurants, transit, etc. would stay again. Had to change rooms due to an issue with the first room. Was accommodated quickly with no arguments,

We loved the location of the hotel but the valet was located at a parking garage so the staff had to drive your car to that location, which we didn’t like. When they returned the car back to us the valet attendant crashed our car into another behind it. thankfully our car was fine but we didn’t think the valet attendants went as apologetic as they should have been, maybe bc we looked younger and didn’t take us as serious. They did refund us our parking but just beware.
