The hotel is across the street from the river walk very convenient!!! The staff is excellent!!! They really go out of their way to help!! Room was very clean and comfortable! I would definitely recommend it and stay again!!!

Hotel can use some love from management - we wanted to have the room “clean” and that only means you get fresh towels and garbage picked up. You can hear conversations from next room- symphony convention and they were practicing up late hours-$200 a night should give you a better quality hotel. Staff is friendly and it is conveniently located close to attractions but hotel condition does not meet standards… not to mention that the pool was broken and they should update that info on website -window shade are not well maintain …and they are very noisy when you “manually” put them up/down.
