The hotel is a bit outdated. No USB or micro outlets. No bedding for the pull out sofa bed. TV’s did not work when we got there. Water leak on the sink and shower. Ballrooms were not big enough for the conference I attended. The bar was mediocre at best. I am a Marriott member, first time to stay at the Westin, probably the last time. The food was average at best. Bellhop and front desk clerks were very nice and helpful. Was expecting a little more considering the room rates. Will stay somewhere else next year for the conference. Probably most outdated Marriott affiliated hotel ever stayed at. Bellhop was very good and helpful.

Security sucks. They broke into vehicles in broad daylight while we were checking in. Found out they had broken into trucks the night before. Needless to say, we left 30 min after checking in! Really bad experience!!

Poor Service-Room in disarray!
Our check in was delayed by 4 hours. Checked in at check in time but staff said room not ready and would call us when ready. Never got call. We had to cancel our anniversary dinner reservations for that evening. Called and spoke to mgr and said room was ready late evening. When went up to room all drawers were wide open, chair cushions on top of desk. Room in utter disarray! Our experience with Omni before Westin bought out was always amazing!!! Westin very very poor service at this location. Made our wedding anniversary celebration very disappointing. Will never go back!!!!!
