When we arrived could not check in. No hot water. We went to Garden Inn Hilton and stay was good. Had to call Hotel.com Nd Doubletree be ause i was charged for the DoubleTree. When fro t desk assured me reservations calcelled at no cost. Now I have to wait 7 to 10 days for m y refund. Not please with Doubletree or Hotels.com
