I have two problems about my stay there. First problem, my room is on the third floor. As I opened the elevator, I walked out and I could smell weeds on both hallways. Second problem, the shower didn’t have hot water for both nights. I told the receptionist about those two problems. He said he will call his manager to let her/him know about it.

Two night stay. No hot water either night, had to take very cold showers, key cards continually quit working for a few of our rooms. Pool and spa out of order and had been for a while with no notice when booking. Front staff was very friendly and apologetic but didn’t do much to make it right. We had four rooms for two nights 9 total people taking cold showers. And the gave us 3 total breakfast tickets for our trouble.
