no light beside bed because they get stolen, direct quote for manager, broken chair in room, dining area being renovated, back door propped out, noisy upstairs tennent sounded like the floor had zero insallation and there was not enough parking let alone secure parking. Drunks at the bottle shop next door. Do not stay here!

The booking was for four adults ina "Deluxe" room. Excluding the bed there were only amenities for two. No face cloths. The bed was the worst I have ever slept on, it feels like a base without a mattress. I had to use a translation app for the staff to supply extra towels and the "face cloths" eventually supplied were hand towels. For $630 a night definitely only a two star establishment.

The bed was so hard, I dont know how the owners could think this is acceptable for guest to sleep on. Have they even tried sleeping on the beds themselves. Its a real let down, I highly recommend they purchase new comfortable mattresses for guest to have a good night sleep or buy mattress toppers to disguise how hard the mattresses really are. I feel sorry for guest who are staying there for more than 1 night.
