It was a beautiful property but had a bunch of weird rules and felt very culty bc you literally were not allowed to walk around in most areas unless you were wearing one of their bathrobes and uncomfortable as hell flip flops. Plus I was pissed bc the restaurant is very pricey, I ordered a steak. The plate was sliced steak with one cooked celery. After trying the steak I spit it in my napkin and couldn’t eat anymore. The waiter finally came to take my plate and I let him know that the plate was basically untouched because I didn’t like it. He said ok and still charged me for it. We had to end up ordering food from Just Eat because we were starving after paying 88€ 😠 Also we didn’t stay for the 28€ pp buffet lunch because it creeped us out that we were the only ones in the entire room wearing regular clothes. Other than that, the property truly is beautiful! Just wear the bathrobe and you’ll be fine!

Great property, but kind of out of the way. It costs almost 30 Euros to get there from the airport, and it's only a few miles from a shopping mall (WoW) in Parco Leonardo. Getting a taxi from the hotel and airport was awesome, but getting one from Parco Leonardo to the hotel was almost impossible. When we called the hotel, they did not seem to want to help us get there to check-in.
