Staff were very helpful. Room was tidied daily with clean towels. Breakfast excellent. Location very convenient ( 50m) from Termini(Rome’s main train station

Very good location, a couple of minutes walk from the train station and all transport services. Helpful and friendly staff, nice room and good breakfast. The only disappointment was that the only tea and coffee available in the hotel was at breakfast, no tea or coffee facilities available anywhere in the hotel at any other time.

I stayed for 4 nights and the receptionist charged me for city tax for 8 nights. i found it high but didnt complain and its too late cause we already left to go to the airport when i check the receipt cause it was n.8 * 7.50 . It’s convenient if you use a train however the surrounding outside the hotel is kinda scary, there’s homeless on the streets and constant police. Though theres a lot of good dining place and food choices close to the hotel.

Comfortable stay
Walking distance from Rome Termini station so a very convenient location. Also close to many Asian and other restaurants. Friendly staff and clean. I added breakfast to our stay so it was easier to just eat and then just leave for our tour of Rome each day. The only downside is that it is not a very safe area, especially at night, but the whole stretch of Termini station is not very safe at night. Would stay again for our next visit.

Ok ,but not 4 star experience.
I had 3 nights at hotel Gioberti, upon arrival staff on duty was friendly and efficient. Checking in process was fast. Regarding facilities, the room was clean, tue bed wasn't great, way to firm ,and it was two single beds joined together, which wasn't ideal as there was a dip between the beds which made it uncomfortable. The bathroom was clean although space was tight. The toilet is a corner close to sink so a bigger person would struggle to sit on the toilet. On my last day when i woke up there was no running water ,so i couldn't shower before i left. I did tell reception but he didn't seem bothered. The breakfast was ok ,just usual offerings. Overall I wouldn't consider this to be a 4 star rated hotel, but it adequate.
