Air conditioning did not work. Stayed 74+ all night depite setting to 60. Refrigerator didnt work. Bath drain was plugged, water over my ankles before shower was finished.

No bare feet allowed
Overall it was a good experience and about what was expected at the price level. The one thing I found very off putting was allowing guests to access the breakfast area in the morning with bare feet. A 30-something couple came to the breakfast area that way, and spent a fair amount of time there. I feel there should be regs posted and enforced for health reasons.
