When you enter the hotel it has a musty smell and so did my room. The Standard Room has a window to a dark place where the air conditioning is located. In other words, there is no natural light inside. The breakfast room has no windows and when people talk (and they talk loudly) it is impossible to stay inside. After the first day I never went back for breakfast. One of the receptionist was not rude but definitely not friendly.

La pasamos muy bien, el personal muy amable y la habitación más grande y linda de lo q pensamos. El desayuno muy bueno. Cerca de playas de Ipanema y Copacabana, buena zona. Lo único es que la pileta es muy chica para lo que es el hotel. Y como sugerencia sería genial q tuvieran restaurante o servicio a la habitación. El decodificador de la tele se rompió y lo arreglaron lo antes posible. Se nos perdió un juguete de mi hijo y lo encontraron. Lo recomiendo

Staff are rude. Aircon was so loud that even with tv on, you can still hear the aircon. Asked to get it fixed and they said it’s normal. Asked again for someone to fix and they said they will send someone, never did. Staff at reception don’t care about guests and are rude. Bathroom shower not clean. Stay somewhere else

Pillows were so hard, the mattress was old and not soft, and the swimming pool and jacuzzi were always dirty. Breakfast was so poor and of low quality. Someone broke a glass at the pool area, and we reported it. A staff member cleaned the big pieces, saying he would wash the floor later, but he never did. A little girl stepped on a piece of glass and got cut. Night receptionists and manager (a lady) weren't friendly at all. I did not enjoy my stay."
