Nice and clean hotel. Breakfast was excellent. The location is great and the free parking was available. The staff was not consistently friendly. I did originally requested king size bed which was an option on my reserved room and then I was told that I was updated to king. So basically I was not upgraded. Overall, we still enjoyed our staying.

Two nights in Reykjavik
I was fortunate enough to get an upgrade for my two night stay. Check in was easy and efficient. I found a little welcome gift in my room which was nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Had dinner in the restaurant. Very nice but expensive. Breakfast was included and was a good buffet selection. Second night was similar to the first. Very nice dinner but at a price. This appears to be an Icelandic thing rather than a hotel thing. Check out was wuick and easy.

A very friendly and helpful staff, accomodated my very early check in for a fee, included breakfast that day and a bit of room upgrade. Such a nice way to end a long flight and start a full day! Breakfast in included and so good Bus stop 15 is a short walk away to catch tour buses and airport Flybus

A trendy hotel just outside the city centre. When we arrived we were upgraded and were greeted with lovely treats in our much bigger than expected room! The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the centre of the city- easily done even in the snow! Friendly staff and a Great breakfast!
