Very Disappointed customer!
First, let me say I have stayed at this location on several different occasions and this is the first time I have been disappointed. My stay was in room 311. The room was filthy. There was what appeared to be poop in the bathroom floor and on the side of the toilet! The sink was dirty. I went to use the hairdryer and not only was it completely filthy but when I turned it on sparks flew and I thought it was going to catch fire. It stunk up the entire room for the rest of the night. There was no toilet tissue holder and it was just placed on the back of the toilet and there was no trash can by the bathroom and one tiny trashcan in a corner by the window. I was also disappointed by the amount of noise on the hall while I was attempting to sleep.

I enjoyed the stay. Room was clean, front desk ladies were super nice and sweet. It’s close to downtown and convenient. I just wish there were more options for food along Saunders St. The area isn’t overall that bad, it is in an industrial area, so that’s to be expected. Looking forward to the next time I’m in town. I’d give this one another shot!

The no smoking signs did little to deter the smell of pot smoke from room 304/302. And a quarter of the cars in the lot at night were just running with people hanging out in them. Walls are thin so you can hear all the sounds of the highway, aplus the family yelling and running down the halls at 2 in the morning. Floor was a little sticky and the bath was a bit mildewy, but honestly the room's not bad.

The receptionist was nice and switched rooms for us when the first reeked of smoke. The property was unkept with cigarette butts all over the outside. The first room we were put in smelled like cigarette smoke. Your feet stuck to the floor as you walk in the halls and the room.
