GLAN MOR at Queenscliff

Glan Mor means by the sea and so it is, with it being only a short 3 minute walk away from the beach. Casual furnishings mix with some lovely antiques to provide that homely feeling where you can stretch out and just relax. With a TV, DVD & stereo the living area provides tucked away from prying eyes, this lovely modest unit offers peace & tranquility and just a flat 5 minute stroll to the beach. While the unit is modest, a welcoming ambiance greets you when you walk through the front door into the open plan lounge and dining area. The necessities such as a gas wall furnace to keep you warm in the cooler months, and an air conditioner for comfort during those hot summer days, are provided. The dining area has glass sliding doors to the small leafy courtyard and an outdoor setting & bbq. The yard is ideal for small or older dogs, who don't need a lot of space for exercise.

The hostess kitchen has a gas cooktop and electric under-bench cooker, dishwasher, microwave, and all the normal amenities you need. The kitchen links up with the laundry that has a washing machine and dryer.

Two bright bedrooms have queen beds, making it ideal for couples or friends sharing, or a young family. The bathroom has a shower, separate bath, vanity and toilet.

Drive down the side drive - you have a lock up garage to tuck the car away. A great little getaway and very reasonably priced so you can afford to "get away" often!

We loved our stay at Glan Mor. The place was cosy, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our trip. Although we were only there for 2 nights, it's definitely a place you could stay for much longer periods. Lots of storage space & all the amenities you need. Garage was such a bonus! The beds were very comfortable as were the couches. Wifi was a bit spotty, as was TV reception, but not a big deal. Could do with an updated set, and also a bit of a clean up of garden spaces but otherwise fantastic! We will definitely be back :)

Spacious clean apartment
Very comfortable apartment. We hired the linen pack which was good quality bedding and towels. Plenty of crockery, cutlery and cookware. My only drawback was there was heaps of hanging space but no drawers or shelving for non hanging clothes in either bedroom. An insert of drawers in one side of the wardrobe would be great. The apartment has a small outdoor area with furniture but no grass. There’s a nice cafe close by for breakfast/lunch but otherwise .the main eating area and shops are a short drive or ~ 800m walk away. We enjoyed our 5 day stay with our little dog.
