The resort is beautiful. We had several issues with our room that went unresolved because staff was difficult to communicate with. Our room smelled awful towards the end of our stay and the bed was damp in the beginning because the AC was turned on late. It took about a day to adjust to the inconvenient procedures for dinner reservations and getting a chair by the beach or pool for the day.
