5-Stars for sure! This hotel was better than expected. The hotel is in excellent condition, it had many restaurants and bars. I was expecting the service and food to be sub par because of the other reviews but we found that it was very good. The food is as good, if not better than any other all inclusive that we’ve stayed at previously with more options that we’ve had before. The beaches were beautiful and it was easy to find chairs and tiki umbrella spaces everywhere. The area and location was safe and it seemed that everything was new. The only bad was that it seems like the prices were very high for anything else including the beach venders. Inside the hotel a spray can of sunscreen was $44, and we had to pay $40 for a small bottle of contact solution to be delivered from a local pharmacy because they didn’t have it in the hotel. On the beach the venders were asking insane prices for their services. Someone next to us was asked to pay $200 for a picture with the vendors monkey. They ended up negotiating down to $80. Overall it was a great stay. We will definitely stay at this resort again. I’m officially on the Excellence bandwagon.

The property was beautiful. The grounds were well maintained. Ocean and beach were gorgeous. Plenty of food options. Some cons.. The rooms were a little outdated. The curtains and couch had stains. The shower leaked through to the toilet. The shower was cracked.

Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet retreat. Great beach, do not have to wake up early to find a nice seat by the ocean or pool. Large variety of restaurants - no need to make reservations, will either be seated immediately or wait 5-10 minutes. Endless number of activities from morning to night. Drinks are delicious. Breakfast is expansive. Staff members are always happy to help. Cant wait to go back!

Great place to stay. Everyone is wonderful. They really do a great job making you comfortable. Food in restaurants is great. I plan to come back. Beautiful beach!
