Food wasn't good. Cash in my wallet got stolen in the room. Too many salespeople inside the resort very annoying Terrible wifi connection We weren't happy with this resort. Only good thing was to see animals. At least they didnt bother us. I wouldn't recommend.

After an initial glitch with the room we were originally scheduled to be in, which had no view, only that of a 2 story fencing, the remainder of our stay was great. All aspects of the property were just immaculate. The room that we were switched to was beautiful, with a lovely view of the gardens( Thanks Ramon) The staff were polite, courteous and very accommodating. The buffet was wonderful, very wide variety of foods. The restaurants were ok, we would just do the buffet next time. Pool and beach areas were also so very clean. I really have nothing negative to say about our stay at all

Very clean property, friendly and service oriented staff. Several different bars on the property, including a pool bar. Walk around the campus when you get there and you'll discover a building with upper and lower decks that have a view of the ocean and an attached bar and small buffet. The large buffet is excellent and changes food items daily. You'll find the Sports Bar located behind the reception area as well, several T.V.'s for your viewing pleasure and they too have a short snack menu,e.g., chicken wings. Don't miss the opportunities, do the walk around! We were three seniors who mingled well with families with small children. There a three large pools with one pool that has a waterslide slide for kids. From our observations, a very relaxed and fun place for both parents and their kids. As with most inclusive locations, they have several restaurants that require reservations, note the buffet does not. Make sure you get your reservations as soon as possible, they offer a schedule when enrollment starts, and enjoy the ambiance of each of the specialty foods prepared. If you snooze you lose, so to speak, so stay on top of getting a reservation. To help the Punta Cana area in their recycling campaign, we suggest bringing your own drinking container for bar use to help them cut down on the amount of cups they use. The restaurants and buffet provide glass containers so focus on bar use.
