I like only Thali Resturant and its service. Nice people who were working there.
Bad Things
1) Main lobby Desk service was so bad. Never give nice answer
2) Property has a lot of mosquito and inside rooms
3) I requested few times on main lobby desk and they said they would send someone for room spray but no one come in my 6 nights stays.
4) I talked to 15-20 different family during my visit and all family had problem like mosquito issue, room is not good, even my room toilet flush was not working.
5) Food was not even good in Buffet and beach side. They give Fries and Onion rings but never warm. Always cold. Stupid service. Even Buffet items are cold like they give us yesterday's left over food.
6) Mostly all family said never come back again and not to recommend their family for this resorts in future.
7) I visited 4-5 all-inclusive resorts before and they always asked us how's our visit, what to recommend for changes in resorts. But no one asked this kind of questions and suggestion from us or any guests in this Bahia Principe. My think is that they know they will not get good reviews from guests.
My request to Orbitz to remove this Bahia Principe resorts from your list so you can save your customers otherwise no one book from www.Orbitz.com
