Beautiful property, great rooms, excellant service without being invasive. Pool area is superb, imagine watching whales leaping at sea while you sip on a cocktail. Totally recommend

The hotel is located within walking distance to everything and a short cab ride to the malecon and the airport. The one thing that knocked a star off was the cleanliness of the pool and the temperature of the jacuzzi. There was a guest in the pool who spat in their hand and then washed it off in the pool instead of getting up and spitting elsewhere. When the staff was alerted no one did anything so i couldn't enjoy the pool as i wasnt sure how much, if any, chlorine was in the pool to clean and sanitize bodily fluids. Understanding that stuff happens but this man had no excuse for his behavior and should have been asked to leave the pool.

Awesome hotel
Great hotel in nice location. I extended my stay. My only suggestion is the the beds are a little firm. They could use new mattresses or mattress toppers to make it feel wonderful
