We really liked the apt. we stayed at, very good location, everything was very well cleaned. It was super convenient to have a washine machine as well! Only suggestion is to renovate mattress.

So this review is a tough one for me. The positives: 1. Very centrally located and the view was incredible 2. Clean space 3. Very responsive by phone/WhatsApp The negatives: 1. The apartment layout was quite terrible. The bathroom was downstairs and the bedroom was upstairs so not the most convenient. 2. I don’t really like to have directions communicated through WhatsApp and that is exactly what the management did which I found quite odd. Email should be the first priority. 3. We didn’t know this wasn’t a hotel. The stairs were quite a hassle to move our luggage up and down two flights of long stairs. 4. It was very noisy because of the seagulls, construction, and also the parties downstairs. So overall if you’re willing to climb stairs and for it to be a bit noisy it’s a great place with a great view and very centrally located.

Best Location and Stay in Porto
This place was wonderful! Perfect location, amazing location and communication with the booking staff 24/7 and they came over quickly if you needed anything. Simple check in process with door code and key to enter, so flexible arrival since it's door code, so easy! Nice kitchen, comfy bed, shower, living room, and washing machine! Really the best location, we walked almost everywhere, simple to find next to the Terre Clergios beautiful Landmark! (It has a laser light show inside at night, 15Euro) I would look forward to staying here again. Only 1 flight of stairs up t the apartment, very spacious. The staff can give you a map and tourist advise if you ask, and they tried to help us book a Duoro Valley port tasting tour & cruise, which was a must do day trip! Be sure to book this in advance, at least a week, a month is best! Last minute for us was limiting and we almost missed out! The famous "Harry Potter" Book store is also a 5min walk, get your ticket at least 2 days in advance to go inside, super crowded.Great trip!

Great location, near Sao Bento metro station. Roomy interior, clean, lots of restaurants and Nata places nearby. No noise insulation so can hear people making noise outside at nighttime.

The locale was excellent for Porto. Very close to sights, cafes and bars. Didn’t like all the yelling, screaming and partying in the alleyways until 4am every night we stayed. We did ask for clean towels and more coffee for the i suite machine, although our request was acknowledged, none arrived. Overall… it was ‘ok’ for our needs.

Great location!
If you are looking for a lot of amenities, then this place is not for you. However, the bed was comfortable, the room was warm & it had some nice coffee & wine glasses. The steep staircase was not well lit, there was quite a bit of noise from the construction going on around the hotel & the shower had a bit of mold. The location was fantastic for exploring the historic center of Porto.
