Great but will be better after construction
We scored the stay as a 3 star this was because of the construction work that was noisy even through the closed windows which we were told would not be the case. I wish the check in guy had been upfront about this as the hotel moved us to a quieter part mid stay which was inconvenient - but they did the staff were great and lots of them available to speak to - room facilities were brilliant and immaculate- pool was a bit cold but it is February - metro was very convenient but we walked downtown in 15 mins- so location in my view didn’t matter - thanks

The property is well maintained and the staff is exceptional. We had dinner at the property and their service was excellent. The food we ordered was well prepared and we enjoyed it. It would have been great if there were restaurants at walking distance of the hotel, in order to explore local cuisine. Tip for your stay: if you go to the reception instead of walk into the restaurant for breakfast, it costs cheaper and you will pay euro 15 pp instead of 25pp

New and elegant hotel
Literally enjoyed our stay at this new and elegant hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and multilingual. They were always ready to assist in anyway possible. The atmosphere is very chill but at the same time some good activity and the night time. I highly recommend this hotel for your next stay.

Very nice place to stay indeed!
The hotel is lovely and restful. There is a heated outdoor pool and a good gym. The bar area is very nice - we ate once there and the food was great. Staff were very friendly and had very good English - an extra bonus! Our room was perfect for us with a large shower and very clean and new fittings throughout. It was a little outside of the bustle of the city but beside a metro stop and Taxi costs are low in Porto. At the rear of the hotel is an area where construction is underway - while there was very little related noise when we stayed there, it is something to consider but you could always seek a front-facing room!

The staff at the reception are very wonderful. The hotel services and facilities are also clean, with the exception of one of the bar staff at the pool, whose service is very poor.
