I have stayed here consistently 2-3 times a year for a few years now. I like the location, as well as the fun decor. It used to be a Kimpton property, bought out by Sonesta I believe. While the staff are also consistently friendly, the experience, amenities, cleanliness of rooms, food options, etc.are different each visit...while makes setting an expectation/hope for each stay a little unsettling (i.e., the customer experience for me is never the same...never totally bad...but more consistency would be nice).
