The room was in the annex and it was noisy. Not an inviting environment…room was drab and needs some upgrading. No real amenities. The reception area looked awesome, warm and inviting, but I feel this place did not live up to what it appeared to be. ☹️

From the moment I walked into the lobby I felt special. The lady that checked me in changed my room to be more comfortable and easy to get to. The room had everything I could such as a full kitchen and complimentary slippers. I wish i had stayed there all 4 night's in Portland. Definitely recommend.

Don’t recommend
Had to stay at the rooms across the street, parking wasn’t great, a few time people tried to get into my room to which point I found out part of the lock was broken so I had to put a chair under the door handle for my peace of mind, if you wanted to look out the peep hole you county because it was blacked out. People would walk through the parking lot scoping vehicles. I would have rather stayed in my car at a truck stop than stay here again.
