Had a great stay.
It was a nice stay. We enjoyed the room and complimentary drinks. Enjoyed some games and their pinball machines. Rooms were sound proof but it was nice to be able to open the windows at times. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Beautiful room, well-located (close to shopping, food, nightlife and transit). Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. The only complaint I have is that the wifi was extremely unstable, which made getting work done and getting directions difficult while roaming.

Alright hotel but did not love it
The staff were friendly, lobby was nice. My room was just okay, small and set up really weird - the toilet was too close to the tub and hard to reach the toilet paper. The shower was meh it was just a bad set up. There are other hotels downtown in same price range, I wish I picked one of them. I chose this after reading reviews about the free wine happy hour, I didn't get that experience, no wine available for me. I also wish there was a bar or a restaurant in the hotel. The hotel next door had a restaurant Il Solito, but it was not good, super disappointing although really nice people working there. Maybe the lack of food/ bars in the area has something to do with a lot of the bars/restaurants downtown have closed down. I don't know. Anyway, it was not the best hotel but it was not bad either. As for the area, it's totally fine, don't believe the hype you hear in the news! I felt totally safe downtown.
