Extremely clean, great location, was feeling under the weather so ordered room service food was excellent. Service was great including the valet. Had a view of the pier . Room was perfect for a family of 5 ( all 3 kids are teens) Will definitely stay again in the warmer weather!

Staff was extremely friendly. We were able to check in two hours early. This hotel has valet parking, and it is in walking distance of restaurants and hotels. However, the pool was closed for maintenance, which wasn’t clear when we originally booked the hotel. The shower pressure wasn’t great. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Very good location and people!
Staff and location are excellent; the condition of the shower in our room was a little sub-par, as it drained slowly and the water pressure wasn't great. Loved that the room had a couch in it and also that we were allowed to check in a little early.

A little worn down. We stayed here a few years ago and it was nice. Now, worn out, outdated. There was a youth hockey team there and the parents let them run around with no regard to other guests.
